Here’s how you can join the DPS family in just a few simple steps:

    Step : Admission Enquiry

    Submit the online Enquiry Form from this link or visit the school admissions office. Our counsellor will get back to you to answer your questions and collect the required information.

    Step : Registration

    Registration can be done in two ways:

    Online Registration: Complete the Online Registration Form and fill in the required details. You can pay the Registration Fee online, and the transaction details will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. The Admissions Team will assist you with the next steps.

    Offline Registration: Parents are invited to visit the school Admissions Office to complete the registration form and purchase the school prospectus. Please bring one recent coloured passport-sized photograph of both the child and the parent, Copy of Report Card of previous year (only needed for admission to class II onwards) along with a self-attested copy of the child’s Date of Birth certificate.

    Registration does not imply admission; it is subject to the availability of seats and fulfilling of admission criteria.

    Step : School Visit & Interaction with the ADMISSION TEAM & PRINCIPAL

    Parents and guardians are invited to explore the school campus to gain insight into the institution's culture and values. Meetings can be arranged with the Admission Counselor, allowing parents to connect with the Admission Team, clear queries and obtain any necessary information. You may interact with the Principal, by scheduling a prior appointment with the FOE.

    Step : Admission Form submission

    Parents need to complete the admission form and ensure that all documents are in order. Please inform the school if your child needs any special assistance for health-related reasons.

    List of documents required at the time of admission:
    • Mark Sheet of the previous class. 
    • 3 photographs of the student.
    • 2 photographs of the parents.
    • Original TC from the previous school (for students seeking admission from class 2 onwards) 
    • Proof of residence
    • Aadhar Card of student and both parents.
    • Photocopies of all achievement certificates in the field of Academics, Sports, Extra Curricular activities. 
    • The admission documentation booklet must also be completed and duly signed by both Parents. It contains information which will assist you in your relationship with the school.
    • Any other relevant documents like Income Certificate or Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC etc.).
    • Photocopy of Passport if available. This is mandatory for overseas students. 
    • Duly completed Health Certificate Form certified by a registered Medical Practitioner.

Acceptance of Admission:
  • Students are admitted on First Come, First Served basis depending on vacancies and meeting the admission criteria.
  • The admission procedure includes a Written Assessment (Class 2 and above) followed by an interaction with the Principal/Coordinators in the presence of the parents.
  • Selected candidates will be required to make the fee payment within 7 days of the confirmation of Admission.
  • The decision of the Admission Committee (regarding admission of a child) shall always be final and binding.
    If the situation demands, there may be some changes/modifications to the rules of the school regarding the Admission Procedure.
  • Once the Fee and documents are submitted, parent will receive an Admission Confirmation through Admission Team. This will inform you about further formalities, to be completed, if any.
  • Parents will be intimated of the date and time of uniform & textbook issue.
  • The ward will be allotted the section on the day of admission. The time table for your ward will be provided by the Class Teacher.
  • For the direct admissions in the classes X and XII only in case of the transfer of parent, all documents and fees as per the guidelines of CBSE must be submitted by the parent.

    Step : PAYMENT OF FEES

    Once the above steps are satisfactorily completed parents will receive an admission confirmation and may pay the applicable fees to confirm admission

    IMPORTANT POINTS
    • Original Certificates may be produced at the time of admission for verification.
    • The parents will be required to submit the documents, original and/or photocopies, before the date of joining the school. Until all the requisite documents have been submitted by the parents/guardians, the admission will stand Provisional.
    • For the admission taken in the middle of the session (in case of transfer or relocation), the T.C. and Report Card of the student should be submitted within 15 days of the admission.
    • Any error, mistake or misinformation detected in the Admission form at any time after the admission has been granted will make the student liable for cancellation of admission and withdrawal of the student from the school, without refund of any fee paid.
    • No fee shall be refunded under any circumstances if a parent wants to cancel the admission of his/her ward at any time after the admission has been granted.
    • The Academic year of the school starts in the month of April and the new students are expected to join the school on a specific date, mentioned in the letter sent by the school.
